Cheap is expensive.
We rented a Polo for four days at a good price due to a promotion. When they gave us the car there was quite a lot of damage, impossible to list all of them so we looked at the biggest ones, took photos and compared them with the damage described in the contract. So far so good. Upon delivery they told us that there was a scratch that was not there (see photo, color dot) of which there were about thirty upon collection and it was impossible to list all of them, it would have taken long time (my mistake not to do so). I'm sure the scratch wasn't there when they gave us the car and they told us that we had to pay 67 euros, nothing more. I refused to pay and they said that they will contact me to claim. Shortly after, I received an email with the invoice for the scratch, which includes "administrative fees" for a total of 50 euros, all this without VAT. I wrote again rejecting to pay for the administrative fees (just send an email with two photos and the same invoice that was presented to me upon delivery). They answered me that the administrative fees are in the conditions of the contract, which is true but the amount is not indicated. I answered that I should have been warned about the additional charge for administrative management costs when I delivered the car and that the amount is not described in the conditions, and that it was 50 euros as I could have been 500 or whatever they wanted. I do not receive a response but I did receive a charge on my card for an amount of 143 euros (67 for the scratch plus 50 for the fees plus VAT) which is double of what we paid for the rent. So I can only say for those who have read this far that I do not recommend them, that it is better to pay a little more for the competition and avoid problems.
