This is my terrible experience from this garage. I would never buy a car from here. Last year I paid 13,000 Euros for a car from here. Two months after I bought a car from Bogi (the owner), the automatic gearbox stopped working. The car was sold with a one year warranty with an insurance company. The car was taken to a mechanics recommended by the insurance company. It was there for three months and in the end the insurance company refused to take any responsibility, and I had to pay the 3,000 Euro repair bill. The dealership also refused to take any action, and did nothing to help. In addition to this, seven months after buying the car and I am still waiting for the official papers from the Gestor. Bogi told me that the transfer would be delayed so that he did not have to pay the import taxes on the car. The warranty is therefore useless and the service from Bogi is appalling and I have no choice now but to take him to court.
Voy a contar lo que pasó cuando compré mi coche de aquí. Yo nunca compraría un coche de aqui El año pasado pagué 13.000 euros para un coche de aquí. Dos meses después de haber comprado un automóvil de Bogi (el propietario), la caja de cambios automática dejó de funcionar. El coche se vendió con una garantía de un año con una compañía de seguros. El coche fue llevado a un taller recomendado por la compañía de seguros. Se quedó ahí durante tres meses y al final la compañía de seguros se negó a asumir ninguna responsabilidad, y tuve que pagar la factura de la reparación de 3.000 euros. El concesionario también se negó a tomar cualquier acción, y no hizo nada para ayudar. Además, siete meses después de comprar el coche y todavía estoy esperando los papeles oficiales del Gestor. Bogi me dijo que la transferencia se retrasaría porque el así no tenía pagar los impuestos de importación del coche. La garantía es por lo tanto inútil y el servicio de Bogi es pésimo y no tengo otro remedio que llevar el asunto al juzgado.
