I was met by an absolutely lovely lady called Liz who dealt with all the insurance paper work so I didn't have to worry about how much the visit would cost me. Within 20 minutes both my daughter and I were seen and examined by a lovely Doctor - Dr Daniel. He was great with my daughter. She was so nervous of him initially but he settled her straight away with his wonderful charm. I had to return to the surgery twice during my stay and nothing was too much trouble. He made sure I was as comfortable as could be for the remainder of our holiday. I would 100% recommend this surgery. My holiday would have been totally ruined without all their help and care. She gave us tips on the area while we waited 10-15 minutes to see the doctor. We had to return to get a stronger prescription 4 days later for the 5 year old, and they didn't charge for the follow up visit. I did however get a lecture from Liz on the importance of having travel insurance 😂. Thanks Liz, highly recommended !!!

After briefly explaining the issue she called for a doctor who arrived in no more than 10 minutes time. Dr Daniel saw me straight away and was extremely thorough in making sure what he was prescribing to cure my problem was absolutely compatible with my existing medication. I got such great confidence as Dr Daniel's English is perfect and Liz originating from Scotland obviously spoke English as well. I spend quite a bit of time in Santa Ponca and I am extremely pleased to have discovered this new service which provides such great peace of mind knowing that if I or any of my family ever had another medical issue they are there to help.
