Nunca esperamos ni le pedimos que cubriera nuestros costos de envío originales.
Debido a que no entregó los artículos ordenados correctamente, su culpa y nosotros tuvimos que pagar los costos de envío adicionales, luego acordó pagar parte de nuestros costos adicionales. Que está en la factura firmada por usted de acuerdo con este costo.
En cuanto a causar molestias a sus clientes, la clienta española allí en ese momento estuvo de acuerdo con nosotros, especialmente después de ver la factura firmada.
También con respecto a su afirmación falsa de que rompimos las reglas de covid de no usar máscaras, verifique su cctv, incluso podría detectar su lenguaje abusivo hacia nosotros.
Usted es muy afortunado de que, después de consultar con el departamento de protección al cliente del ayuntamiento y también con los abogados, debido a los costos involucrados, decidimos no continuar con la denuncia. Aunque acordaron que ganaríamos el caso.
Por favor excepto que te equivocas
Si continúa llamándonos mentirosos, publicaré la factura firmada por usted en Google y donde sea posible

Happy to take your money but terrible customer service.would not answer our calls e mails or messages. Owes us money called in to shop to collect they have refused to pay us even though we have proof of this ( factura signed by the owner) owner very abusive cannot repeat the names we was called.

We never expected or asked you to cover our original shipping costs.
Because you did not deliver the correct ordered items your fault & us having to then pay extra shipping costs you then agreed to pay part of our extra costs . Which is in the signed factura by you in agreement to this cost.
As to causing any upset to your customers the Spanish lady customer there at the time agreed with us especially after seeing the signed factura.
Also regarding your false claim that we broke covid rules us not wearing masks please check your cctv, it might even pick up your abusive language toward us.
You are extremely fortunate that after consulting town hall customer protection department & also lawyers , because of the costs involved we decided not to continue with denouncing you. Even though they agreed we would win the case.
