The villa is small but very well equipped with splendid views across the valley, surrounded by fig, olive and almond trees.
Whilst a hire car is essential there are plenty of things to do nearby (we recommend a trip to the nearby lake for water sports) and an excellent pool for the kids to splash around in, whilst the adults chill out and sample the local wine and olives!
Highly recommend and we would love to re visit Casita Gecko in the future.

A good selection of British films were fab for the evenings. Lovely big bathroom although watch out if you like long hot showers, the hot water doesn't last all that long. Well equipped kitchen, could do with a little more light in there for evening cooking. This place is a great size for a couple, maybe would have been a bit cosy for a family of 4. Pool was lovely too although in Jan it was obviously too cold to stay in more than a minute or too! Thanks for an excellent stay, we'd visit again :)
