Came here for a massage and a dye job. Javier answered all of my questions and took the time to make sure I was able to get what I wanted while ensuring that I was scheduled asap when I called to inquire about their services.

The dye job was awesome. Stuart was friendly and really fun the whole way through. Everyone was also super accommodating. Even down to hitting the back of my neck with rubbing alcohol after they cleaned it up when I asked for it. My hair came out awesome! It was the first time I'd been near a stylist since the early 00s and, I have to say, I'm super impressed and really happy I put my trust in this spot.

The masseuse was very nice and choice of music was on point. And there is enough quiet in the room for a peaceful experience, but the massage left a lot to be desired. And, for whatever reason, the side of the massage bed unclipped a couple of times.

A full-body massage is not a full-body here, so keep that in mind. The massage took just under and hour and stopped at my elbows and the base of my skull. There was also very little pressure to the massage. I came in hoping to have the knots from my tech-neck worked out, and wound up having them located and moved around a bit.

The upside is at least all the knots were found, so I was able to keep working on them afterwards. Unfortunately, it was not worth the price of admission.

This place gets 4/5 stars though because the rest of this place came through! And I'll be back for a touch-up and trim when it's time. The hair alone was worth it. I love what they did for me. They took the time to listen and understand what it was I wanted. And then they went out of their way to make it happen. Really happy with my overall experience.
