Rich and I arrived in Lanjoran and learnt so much while being driven around the area by Matt who is so knowledgeable about the culture, way of live and what to expect from the area. We viewed 3 properties which were all very different and delightful in their own way. Matt did the tour and we got to really experience the area. He’s so amiable and relaxed and clearly has a passion for what he does. Thank you so much for putting us at ease and making the experience such an adventure. We do yet have to work out our game plan but our visit was, without doubt, a game changer. I highly, highly recommend Matt and his team… such a great experience so far… and I feel secure in the knowledge that when I decide on a property that I have the ongoing support and expertise of a team that can make the purchase straight forward. We are EXTREMELY satisfied of the services of HOLA properties, where we had contact with Amy. She's a very sweet, kind, helpful and dedicated lady! She might as well be the most helpful and flexible real estate agent we've ever met and takes "customer service" to a whole new meaning. We did not feel pushed to purchase for 1 second. We also know from experience that Spain doesn't have the most efficient or fast bureaucracy. It usually takes time to get things done, a lot of time. But not with Amy. It took just a little more then a week between finding some properties online and getting the keys to our home. And in between that we were in touch with legal assistant, saw the property twice and had everything taken care off with the notary and everything. We can honestly say that we were impressed beyond beliefs. Looking for property (to buy, to sell or to rent out) in the Alpujarras? You only need one contact, HOLA properties.

I have had a great experience working with Lanjaron Properties. Mathew has been extraordinary helpful ensuring that I understand all the details of the selling/buying process. But more importantly, when talking with Mathew I really feel that he is trying to assist me in a way that will ensure that I make the best decisions for myself.
