Anthony and Sally helped us find a wonderful property on the outskirts of Moraira, something that was not on our radar. They helped us through every step of the purchasing process and put us in touch with an excellent local lawyer to deal with all the legals. There were no hidden surprises and out of all the properties I've purchased over the years, both at home and abroad, this was probably the smoothest and least stressful transaction. My first contact with Sally was very good in that she quickly understood our criteria and appropriately selected those properties that would be most suitable. She had access to the majority of houses for sale in our chosen area and had good contacts with other agents.

When we met Anthony for our initial viewings we were immediately impressed by his knowledge of the area and quickly felt able to trust his judgement. From that point we committed to engaging Anthony and Sally as our sole agents.

Anthony and Sally were fantastic. Great communications and help locating suitable properties. They were able to show us any property listed with any agent which took all of the stress away from dealing with several agents. We were able to draw up and refine a short-list with Sally’s help before we went to Moraira for viewings.
Visits were all arranged for us and we were taken round to look at them all which went very smoothly. Anthony’s advice whilst visiting each property helped us to consider things we had not previously thought of and informed our decisions as to whether to purchase or not.
Their support did not end when we decided to go ahead with a purchase and they were very helpful in organising things with the Estate agent, lawyer and Notary as well as obtaining a bank account and our NIE.

After two visits to Moraira we decided that the area would be perfect for our retirement home and a close family friend recommended that we approach Anthony and Sally to help us select the right property.

Our initial contact was with Sally and her enthusiasm and warm nature meant that we felt at ease immediately as we started a process of selecting properties to view with Anthony. However, before our planned visit, looking at the properties Sally had recommended, we noticed a villa that was exactly where we wanted to live and seemed to fit our requirement perfectly. It was also our opinion that the villa would sell quickly and probably before our planned visit, so we told Sally that we wanted to put an offer in for it.

Far from telling us it would be mad to do such a thing, Sally reacted positively and Anthony immediately arranged to view the property.
