I used this company around 2 years ago, they were unbelievably helpful, sorted a tracking issue and took the bottom plate off my car to retrive the lost fuel cap.

Upon revisiting just a few days ago, I had another issue so brought my car back thinking it was the same ownership, sadly it was not and Ben is no longer apart of the company.

I had a parking brake issue and when I asked how long the review would take, the obnoxious man stuffing his face with a sandwich told me "I don't know" leaving my family and I with no idea of what to do. He told me that he is on lunch and I will have to wait for a call. We asked what had happened to Ben and he said "I know but I am not telling you", completely rude and confrontational.

We then went to a bar and had a message maybe 15 minutes later to say the car was ready.

Once I arrived, the receptionist informed me that I would need to take it to VW to fix and they had done nothing. They then charged me around 55 euros for the pleasure.

If I could give less than 1 star, I would.
