This is a terrible branch of a terrible bank. The awful service is inexcusable, rudeness abounds! To think I pay hefty fees too!!! Hopefully your days are numbered in Spain! We must vote with our feet!

Truly awful Bank, I have sent countless emails that just get ignored. I have been with them for a year and am now closing my account purely due to their lack of response to my requests for help. UPDATE:: I see that Sabadell have replied to my review and only NOW the bank say they'll take care of me, how cynical. TOO LATE: I shouldn't have to give a bad review to get a response. So don't bother "Helena" I'm closing the account today. What a rubbish bank.

Do not work with this branch if you expect any customer service after you will have opened an account. Impossible to get through on the phone and staff will not look after you. You might be fooled with sweet talk and end up with outrageous bank fees, if you don't read the fine print yourself. In 35 years of banking in 8 other countries, I have never felt so let down by a bank.
