No te fíes jamás.
No puedo recomendarlos.

A simple warning light problem.
Took the car into the garage - we knew it was English speaking which made communication easier. Told them about the warning light problem.
First visit - I am certain they did no diagnostic testing. Just presumed the light meant a service was overdue (which it was - we had just bought the car). We did question them about their decision but they went ahead with the service anyway - 170 Euros.
Took the car away. Within a couple of days, warning light came back on. Took the car back. This time (and first time) diagnostics done. Decided it needed a regeneration of the DPF (?). This was done - 90 Euros.
Took the car away. Within a day, warning light came back on. By then, they were getting bored (as were we). Given some long-winded story about catalytic converters by the boss (it was the wrong warning light to be anything to do with this). They had a quick look again. We were sent away with a bottle of diesel additive, told to run down the tank to empty before filling up, get our speed up to 120kph (we were very dubious by this time about their really knowing what they were doing).
Took the car away and needless to say the light came back on.
We have decided not to return the car as have little faith that they could fix it. And, as I said, I got the impression that they had run out of ideas...
Very disappointing all round. Pleasant enough personnel but this is simply not enough when you cannot be certain they know what they are doing.
I cannot recommend them.

We have just had a full service on our Freelander 2. It was very reasonably priced and extremely thorough. Stuart was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He took time to explain things in detail. We would highly recommend him.

Great service from Stewart & the team. Quickly resolved an issue that arose from something that main dealer service said they had done but hadn’t! Gave my vehicle (imported from Germany) a health check - again due to my lack of trust in recent main dealer service. Feel assured car is now in good shape. And got my non-functioning aircon fixed within 48hrs. Will be back for pre-winter service!
¡Recomendamos absolutamente el servicio de kwik!

Absolutely amazed by this guys. We drove by today to check our brakes and wanted to ask if we could get a hole in our campervan. They explained us why there is no need to change the brakes yet and we got the hole within 2 Minutes.
We absolutely recommend kwik service!!!

We needed an ITV and left it a bit late for an appointment. The guys managed to get an appointment at a centre further afield for which they took the vehicle. Also did a pre ITV. Very friendly, nothing too much trouble.

Our experience with Kwik service is a negativo one. He was recommended by another english mechanic to do the necessary in our vw autocaravan to pass the ITV. The ITV failed for unbalanced and dangerous brakes and a dangerous/split petrol pipe. When we spoke to Stuart about the failed ITV his attitude was that he did the works that "we agree to pay for". Brakes and split petrol pipe need to be right in order to pass the ITV. I am giving 2 stars for doing some diagnostics in engine and lights, repaired lights and welding on exhaust for which de paid 544,62€ (IVA included). We would not recomend jim.
